One of our client, currently seeking a dedicated Secretary to join there team on a full-time basis (100%).
The primary responsibility of this role is to provide comprehensive administrative support, generate high-quality documents, and assist in organizing and coordinating meetings and travel arrangements.
Responsabilités
- Comprehensive Administrative Support: Offer robust administrative assistance to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
- Document Preparation: Prepare a variety of documents, including correspondence, reports, and other materials, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- File and Record Management: Maintain both physical and electronic files and records, ensuring easy retrieval and maintaining confidentiality.
- Meeting and Travel Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings and manage travel arrangements efficiently.
- Communication Management: Handle phone calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
- General Administrative Tasks: Perform general office tasks such as photocopying scanning, and filing as required
Votre profil
- Strong Secretarial Training: Possess a solid foundation in secretarial duties and best practices.
- Previous Secretarial Experience: Prior experience providing secretarial support in a legal or related field is highly valued.
- Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently while maintaining flexibility.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English (both spoken and written), with proficiency in Spanish or French as a second working language.
- Writing Skills: Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality, accurate, and well-structured documents.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Prioritization: Capability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
